Policies
I am at Ophidian Tattoo Gallery for appointments every Friday, Sunday, and Monday, 1-7pm. Saturdays I take walk-ins 1-7pm on a first come, first served basis. One guest allowed per appointment.
A deposit is required to book - this will be after a date is agreed upon to ensure our time together. These are nonrefundable, and go towards the final cost of your tattoo. I have a 15 minute late policy, meaning the appointment is considered a no call/no show and will require a new deposit if you arrive 15+ minutes after our appointment time.
Deposits are taken electronically and the remainder of balance/tip at our appointment is cash only. We do not have an ATM on site, but there are some nearby.
I do not tattoo minors and photo identification is required upon arrival to your appointment. I require the physical form in order to copy and file it for your paperwork.
Custom design drawings are shown upon arrival to your appointment. You are always welcome, and encouraged, to send more reference photos or preferences until a day before our appointment.
