Policies
I am at Ophidian Tattoo Gallery for appointments every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 1-7pm. We are a smaller studio, so one guest maximum is allowed per appointment.
A deposit is required to book - this will be after a date is agreed upon to ensure our time together. These are nonrefundable, and go towards the final cost of your tattoo. I have a 20 minute late policy, meaning the appointment is considered a no call/no show and will require a new deposit if you arrive 20+ minutes after our appointment time.

Reschedules are a part of life - it happens! I do my best to be flexible. I allow half of the deposit to be put towards a new one with a 72 hour notice. Less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.

Deposits are taken electronically and the remainder of balance/tip at our appointment is cash only. We do not have an ATM on site, but there are some nearby.

I do not tattoo minors and photo identification is required upon arrival to your appointment. I require the physical form in order to copy and file it for your paperwork.

Custom design drawings are shown upon arrival to your appointment. You are always welcome, and encouraged, to send more reference photos or preferences until a day before our appointment.

I offer 1 free touch up within 6 months of our appointment, 2 if it is on the hands or feet.
